Bridging social and cultural gaps through biking | Shahrzad Enderle
What could be more important in a globalized society than cultural integration?
The NGO “Bike Bridge” teaches women of different origins to bike in order to promote their mobility – in the city as well as in society. In her talk at TEDxFreiburg 2021, Shahrzad Enderle tells the story of the project and explains why a simple thing like biking can be so important for refugee women.
Shahrzad Enderle is a social entrepreneur, practitioner-researcher and co-founder of Bike Bridge e.V., a community-based recreation organization.
